This store in Tooting is on the busy upper tooting road close to the Tooting Broadway tube station. Not the most adventurous with the decoration or colour scheme but it was clean and tidy and airy. There was another floor of seating downstairs where a glass brick wall also allowed a lot of light onto the large round tables. The toilets were also clean and had very good decor especially in comparison to the amount of artwork elsewhere.
The staff however were amazingly friendly. Magda welcomed me in and gave me the table of my choice and was exceptionally friendly and helpful as were all the staff. The food was placed on the grill as I ordered and all of it arrived at my table piping hot. The chips were plentiful and had a good sprinkle of Peri salt on them and if anything I had to wait for them to cool slightly the same as the chicken which was piping hot and tasty. The rice was good as always.
Plenty of Knifes and forks out and the sauce and beverage area was clean. All in all a very good store to visit for the food and service. Definitely one to visit.
