


Ordered a 1/4chicken with 2 sides, food came in later and noticed that people who ordered later than me got their food first even within the group I was in. If not for someone asking, they probably wouldn't have bothered rectifying the mistake. Staff seemed unapologetic and just basically brought the chicken and sides separately as quickly as possible. Even though the food didn't tasted good, it was already hard to enjoy the meal with the way I was treated as a paying customer. I'd understand if it was busy during that time in the dining area but it was actually just barely had half capacity on site. I have eaten at a Nando's in Singapore and the experience was quite pleasant that enjoyable, I don't think I could say the same for this location. I know that other's experience was very good, but I hope that this location is able to treat every customer equally and accommodate and even take responsibility for their mishap through better customer service. I'd assume that since their initial payment scheme already asks for tips, I wouldn't want to be taken hostage with the restaurant already getting what they want from me all the while disregarding my patronage to their business.
