I have visited your place on a few occasions since it's opening. I would have to say that service is mediocre at best. Orders take quite a while and I go in prepared for it to take 30 minutes minimum on any kind of order. Tonight a made a request of no mayo on my Chicken Pine burger and I got home and it was COVERED in mayo. I should have checked it before I left, but I was sick of standing around and after a long day of work and power cuts all I wanted to do was go home. I get home and couldn't eat my dinner.
The other suggestion is that I would ask you to get on a service like Zaplaces. They geotag your business and offer tap to call features. This way we can find you without having to look you up on line in order to place an order...Your info could be right there in the app and this way it would prevent me from wasting my time standing in your store. I could order on my way home and pick it up!
