I have been eating at Nandos for over ten years and always found the experience extremely positive except for this visit to Uxbridge. When you walk in the store the number of take away boxes on the front of house looks messy and chaotic.
It felt like I was being forced to use the QR code. Not all of us are able to do so. I ordered chicken and three times at till asked for the chicken to be well done T he chicken came not cooked properly my requests had been ignored. I was then made to wait until made well done then the chips ordered with meal was cold. Had to ask for fresh chips.
Overall services was extremely poor. Not planning to visit again.
