Vauxhall Arch - Marc Joss Review
A trip to the recently opened Vauxhall Nando's was a fitting way to end a brilliant day of football which saw Arsenal beat Spurs at the Emirates. Vauxhall Nando's had opened earlier in the week and it really is something special. There's a revolving door as you go in, something I don't remember seeing anywhere else!
Being located in an arch under the train tracks, this Nando's is rather narrow but goes very far back. Tills are on the right as you go in and there's a rather impressive, large green piece on the left with three Nando's cocks on it. The seating is split into three lines with corridors between them running right the way down. There is also a secret passageway about halfway down on the right which leads to a potentially private seating area. Maybe that will be all ours at the next dinner in October!
The staff were all very enthusiastic, chatty and keen to help out. The Nando's love was most definitely present even though it was a rather busy Sunday evening!
Food arrived sporadically due to some technical problems ordering with the new electronic card but the food was well worth the wait! My chicken was tender, covered in sauce and spicier than normal! On completion I was truly satisfied but still managed to find room for some chocolate gelado to help everything go down. Looking forward to returning next month!
