A 1 out of 5?? One reason: I found a piece of aluminium/metal in my chicken pitta. I've attached a photo of what it was exactly - it's like one of those seals you get to cover a dairy product or something. I only noticed it once it was already in my mouth because it felt really hard, could easily have swallowed it without knowing and done some actual damage. This situation has been worsened by the lousy reply from Nando's themselves. Initially quick to respond when I posted a photo on Twitter, I've still yet to receive any follow-up email from them.

The reason for 1/5 is obvious; otherwise this would have probably been a solid 4/5 visit.
