


After paying £25 for two average meals, the least you would expect from Nando’s is customer service at a higher level than other (less expensive) fast food restaurants. I arrived 10 minutes early for my collection (ordered at 6:45pm, the earliest collection time was 7:55pm and I arrived at 7:45pm as I was passing) to be told by your staff member Dan that I was too early. I of course decided to wait and he then said “are you just going to stand there?” What else did he expect me to do!? Travel 15 mins home and come back? I would suggest that you send “Dan” on a customer service course or keep him in the kitchen. I for one won’t be returning if that’s the level of service provided.
