Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

I have attended Nandos on many occasions over the years and they have always been great experiences.

However, on this occasion it was different.
Justyna, who took my order of large fries was so polite, accommodating and helpful.
I saw my order ready waiting for collection on the serving counter and with no other customers needing assistance, I watched The Manager Mataousz walk over to where my order was waiting, look at it and walk away to the front of the store where the condements were and just stand there organising. At this time Justyna was taking a takeaway order from another customer, so another staff member served me my order, once I had approached her.
She was very apologetic and served the order to my table.

Matauosz, The manager on duty at the time however, was rude, unpleasant and even had the ordacity to tell me I had to pay for vegan mayonnaise, when I know it comes with my meal.

Manager Mataousz was not at all friendly, until he found out I was recording a video about my experience at Nandos for my social media platform. Managers should be a glowing example of how customers are welcomed and treated. It seems as though Justyna would be a much more suitable as a manager at the Watford location. I would appreciate it if Mataousz could be reminded that all customers deserve and expect top tier customer service.
