This Nando's is on the Gallagher Retail Park in Wednesbury. There are other very large retail stores such as a big Decathlon, Next, Currys etc and other eateries like Burger King, Pizza Hut and McDonald's. Nando's is in a brand new building, created right in the middle of the car park so it is easily spotted. The Bescott Stadium train station is the nearest - just over a (horrible) mile walk away (through industrial estates and under flyovers).

The level of service we received by Josh and Leigh was a credit to Nando’s the food was cooked to perfection 10/10
We were greeted with friendly service by both staff from the start of our evening until the end

Went into the restaurant to order a takeaway, very happy with the welcome that I received through the side door( the main door was broken ). Very happy with the efficiency of the service and helpfulness of the staff and the food was fabulous.

Kerry provided exceptional customer service yesterday during our Nando’s visit. My husband has anxiety and she made him feel right at ease and provided top notch service checking the wine menu and even offering a taster as we were indecisive. She reminded us about the option to order online and talked us through it and even came round and had a little giggle with us towards the end. Great Nando’s location and quality of food is 10/10.

I wanted to compliment Lonnie at the Wednesbury branch. She is so lovely and friendly and deserves a lot more praise for what she does. She was probably the only one I saw actually interacting with guests and cleaning up messes other customers made. Please ensure this is passed onto her because she’s fab and deserves a lot of praise for dealing with the messes she did on such a hot day.

I orderd the full chicken sharer platter with spicy rice and chips, The service from the moment we walked though the day was pleasant and welcoming , The waiter walked us to our seats and gave easy and clear instructions on how to scan the Qr code and use the app, No longer than 5 minutes after ordering our food arrived hot and presented well, We enjoyed the food and will be recommending others to try also.

I usually love Nando’s and have been so many times but I don’t know how they managed to get my order so wrong and it was wrecked - so disappointed. I understand it’s busy but when I’m ordering online to collect within 20 mins and it’s rushed and done quickly but my order was wrong I was not happy. Took until I got home to realise it was wrong inside the boxes.

An interpreting job at Wolves training ground simply had to be followed by a trip to a new Nando's for me, with Wednesbury being by 262nd different Nando's!

It was a lovely warm summer's day, so I asked for a table outside in the sun and the friendly Nandoca duly showed me to a suitable table, albeit a wobbly one! I checked if I was just unlucky, but the one next to me was the same.

Greated by Isabella, very polite and welcoming. Also efficient attending to our table.
Food was best we've had at any Nando's. (We have visited 3 others).
Our choice of food was the sharing platter with good choice of sides.
Would seriously recommend the warm custard tart for dessert. Small and delicious.
Restaurant lovely and clean, like the decor too.

great staff felt very welcome was greeted by James who was lovely served at the till by Jade who helped me out alot as this was the first time visiting nandos she was great. Food was beautiful and only waited a short time for it to arrive I would definitely recommend will be re visiting for sure!
