2nd time I’ve been to this branch. Have been a Nandos lover for well over 15 years. This visit was a real shocker.
Empty on arrival. Asked for table for 5 (3 adults 2 children one of which required a baby seat). Baby seat bought over and chair that was in place was left in the way. Waitress did it ask if we had been to Nandos before. Didn’t provide kids with activity pack. When I requested it se seemed reluctant to give it to me.
Food was ordered in 2 stages. Kids first so that can get on with it. Arrived birth very little peri tamer sauce and filet was just cut in half in stead of being strips.
Adult meals extreamly disappointing. Wife ordered chicken pitta with cheese. There ware 2 cucumber slices in her pita which were at least 1 thick. Not acceptable at all.
I ordered half a chicken with 2 sides. Coleslaw was a mess.
Chicken had very little extra hot sauce
On it.
Picked up some of the vusa sauce from the counter. Seemed really pale in colour. Not sure what had happened to it. Had loads of small bubbles in it.
Don’t ever have a bad thing to say about Nandos as you know the quality of food and service is the same all across the branches. However this was very very disappointing. Spent money on 3 adult means and 2 children’s meals and left really disappointed.
Asked a member of staff if they had a review card. Answer was no. Didn’t ask if any thing was wrong of if she could help with anything.
Sort this place out. Atrocious!
