The service today was appaling, there was no person to greet when entering the restaurant, after waiting 5 minutes I went and sat myself at any table, 5 minutes later and still noone came, there were no menus on the table so I got up and wandered round looking for a menu, still noone asked if I was OK, I went behind the 'welcome desk' and helped myself to a couple of menus. A young lad eventually walked past and I stopped him to ask if he had a children's menu, he stared blankly at me and simply said 'I dunno' I had to ask if he could go and find out at which I got a look of disgust. I ordered through the app to avoid anymore interaction with the staff, food came promptly however there was no clean cutlery. I had to wait what felt like around 5 minutes for a fork which I assume were being washed up. The food was beautiful but the staff and overall atmosphere in the restaurant was really poor.
