The food was not up to the normal nandos' standard at this West Bromwich branch. I go very regularly (to Dudley and to Broad Street's nandos). The chicken was so dry and burnt- therefore flavourless and not appealing. The chips were cold, however the creamy mash was hot. Only plus point there is.
The waiters tried their best, but even got it wrong when bringing a replacement piece over, then the manager came over to me and basically tried to make out it was my fault and that ''all of the pieces she could ever bring over would be the same''. I just decided to up and leave. Very disappointed with the manager's attitude and rudeness. The food was awful and I will never go back there.
