Really impressed today with the Fino Platter and kids meals. The staff are always amazing when we visit but today would like to point out how amazing Emma was at the Nandos is Widnes. A child spilt a drink and a customer shouted at the child. Emma stayed calm, diffused the situation and made sure the child was okay. She took the child to his family and cleaned the mess made by the broken glass and spilt drink. There was a very rude lady speaking in a detrimental way to the staff even though the drink spill was not their fault. Emma kept her cool and was smily and friendly dealing with this in a professional manner. I don't think I could have done the same in that situation so I want to commend Emma for this. Thanks for today we had a lovely time! Lucie, Dave, Emily, Jack and Ethan xxx
