I purchased a meal for 2 on 31 July 2024 and the food was burnt. it was a takeaway and i discovered the burnt food when i got home, i called them and i was promised a voucher, i was told it will be sent after 5 days i am still waiting. I have called, and emailed and spoke to John the manager who keeps promising me a voucher.
