The customer service from staff member Joeanna was absolutely unprofessional on behalf of nandos and did not demonstrate team work at all. Whilst understandable that she was trying to tell her colleague they were needed on the floor as opposed to offering services to us, she did this in a patronising manner. She approached her colleague in front of us whilst stood at the stairs not even approaching her in privacy, and asked her ‘I’m not tryna be rude but you are working this is not the time to be speaking to your friends.’ - this was said in front of the customers, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I believe this is a conversation that Joeanna should have had in private separately, not patronise her staff in front of customers and now make us also feel like we should not be here.
