Had a great experience at Nando’s today. The waitresses were very welcoming and happy to help, even when I forgot a few things while ordering they remained polite and professional throughout.

Manager Amy was particularly exceptional. She had a great smile and was incredibly attentive, even while waiting tables herself. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, and really made us feel welcome. Her presence genuinely elevated the experience.

The staff were very nice and should all be given raises for making everyone feel welcome especially the main female manager.

The staff in South Woodford Nando’s are amongst the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever met across various restaurants that I have dined in. The manager manages well, is polite to his staff and also customers. Very well managed!

Saw food was waiting to be served for 20 mins, food in window was in view of our table. We complained and the mager acknowledged our mistake and alouwed ua a free take out, however the waitors that we complained to where the rudest waiters I've ever come across. Disgraceful. They just turned our backs on us pulled a face and let us chase it up to the manager

Was staying in Kent, so had the short(ish) drive to South Woodford to visit this new Nando's. During the day, you can park at the Waitrose or Sainsbury's for a couple of hours and in the evening there is plenty of free street parking around. South Woodford tube station is less than half a mile walk away - and Nando's is next to an Odeon cinema.

A lovely new Nando's right next to a Waitrose by the North Circular road. Parking was easy in the Waitrose car park, though technically you are supposed to go and buy something inside if you want to take advantage of the 2 hours free!
