We went to Nando’s for the first time as we had a £25 voucher. The voucher didn’t work so had to pay the full amount which was frustrating as we wouldn’t have chosen to eat there. The manageress was amazing. She offered a free desert which we didn’t partake in but before she knew that came back with a voucher for us to eat at another time. This was not the fault of Nando’s yet this gesture was so amazing I will recommend the Yate branch to everyone and will certayeat there again. Amazing service from this individual.
