This Nando's is to the east of the Yeovil town centre, just round the corner from Yeo Leisure Park, which is home to a Hollywood Bowl and a Cineworld. There are three hours free parking to be had on the Leisure Park. Yeovil Pen Mill train station is just over a half mile walk away along the River Yeo.

It was a very very wet afternoon, so I was looking forward to warming up with some chicken! :-) Arrived here mid-afternoon, around 2:30pm and the restaurant was less than half full so there was no wait for the food at all and it came in under five minutes.

I went for the Sunset Burger and chips and tried the new gravy as well. The cheese had melted just right and the chicken thighs were very moist and cooked nicely but were very small. They were half hanging out the bun as it was served, so probably three-quarters of the bun didn't have any meat on it at first glance. I don't think the budget stretches to bigger thigh fillets anymore at Nando's... The bolo roll sweet and chewy and toasted just right. The chip portion was average and were a mix of soggy and crispy chips. The gravy was nice chicken gravy, but didn't have even the slightest spice, so a bit of a miss.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated. There are 6 or so tables outside. Inside there are a couple of nice features. There's a large blue leather circular booth in the middle of the restaurant with a very decorative multi-tier chandelier above it. The wall behind the tills is tiled in a dark green patterned tile. There are more booths towards te back with mainly tables/chairs at the front. A nice mix of colourful lighting throughout too. Toilets very plain with the familiar white/black tiles in all the new Nando's. Staff were friendly enough but doing as expected.
