I have been to this Nandos many times and felt that a re-rate was in order. I find it to be the worst Nandos I have been to. I am never recognised despite going numerous times a week. The chip portions are pretty shoddy compared to all other Nandos. On the last occasion, they had 50 children upstairs who came in it once. Now I expect this to slow things down, but they then made us stand up instead of sitting at one of the 4 free tables downstairs. Whilst the staff are generally friendly and polite, it is nonetheless a shame to see such poor service and manners.
