Kassim was very helpful. Made up for a bad experience last time I ordered a delivery from nandos.

Cameron, who served us as well as the manager were very friendly and helpful.

I asked to redeem a reward. My request was denied and I was told I had to pay despite having active rewards at the time. Very disappointing. I usually visit Nando’s quite often but this Nadia has the worst service.

Staff always polite and helpful eat here all the time and also collect for deliveroo

As soon as we entered staff member attended us and informed 10 min wait for table, However we got table within 5 minutes from your friends staff member Alyce. She did explained the process of ordering and on top of that she was helping my daughter to get the things what she neede. Food came so quicker Fresh and hot. We enjoyed it very much in between "Kassim" came to make sure if we are OK with food. Kassim and Alyce was great

Half chicken lemon and herbs. chips, coleslaw. Best Nando's are all in Oxford, this one is Halal and lovely decor. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Umesh is great and very personable manager, I will keep returning, Wish I could give 6 stars!

Nando’s Cowley Road is our favourite restaurant. We go there most weeks and our son loves the food- so do we! Good value for money with incredible food quality. The staff at Cowley Road is exceptional and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have been to many Nando’s around the country but this is definitely the best one!

I loved the service provided by Jennifer! She was extremely polite and hospitable and I look forward to dining at Nando’s again.

Busy, took a while to place our order and for food to come but were looked after like kings by a very friendly and polite waitress called Millie.. she made our visit worth the wait, definitely come back and hope she's here!

At our table (of 6) we had the meal platter, halloumi, thighs, butterfly chicken, grains, chips (of course), sweet potato wedges, corn, coleslaw and wings. What a feast!
All the food was delicious, tender and
scrum-dili-umptious! Reminded me why I love Nandos!
There was a little wait for the food, but we were warned when we ordered.

The toilets were dirty with no toilet paper. When I informed the staff of this they didn't seem to care and carried on serving. The food was great as usual. We asked a few times for some mayonnaise but the waiter forgot. Staff were ok.

Staff are quite rude, interior in need of improvement. Food was passable.

This Nandos is a really nice one, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Oxford, and where all the students live! The interior is very nice with wooden floorboards and paneling. I had half a chicken, mash and garlic bread. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and had 2 large tables. The staff were very accommodating as we had to move few chairs and tables to fit everyone in! Well worth a visit this one, get a bus from the centre (5 minutes!)

A wet Saturday saw our arrival at this high street store in a secondary retail area in the city of Oxford. The former pub certainly shows it past and a large illuminated cockeral takes pride of place above the door of this corner location which features a small car park to its rear and a beer garden ( sorry peri garden) to its side.

Brilliant staff, service and food. Last visit was for my little bro's birthday and we had a great time - staff couldn't have helped us more and all brought out his cake singing happy birthday - so sweet! Food hot and yummy :) Couldn't ask for more!

Been to this nando's loads of times and its always fab! Generally, it does look quite old and could do with some new pictures and stuff but it's always very clean.

Food, usually of a high standard, was absolutly fantastic this last time, piping hot crisp peri-chips, and perfectly cooked quarter chicken breast in hot sauce! yum! I went in on my own and despite the restaurant being very busy the staff still found time to say hello and check that all was ok with my order!
