Taunton railway station is less than a mile walk from the Nando's and there is also an Odeon cinema back out towards the M5 (about 2 miles away from Nando's). The Museum of Somerset life is just a few shopfronts up from Nando's and Somerset County Cricket Club is less than half a mile away.

Parking:

Parking is plentiful in one of the many side street car parks in the town centre (such as High Street, Duke Street etc). Most are council run so pricing is roughly the same at £1.20/1hr, £1.80/2hrs, £2.20/3hrs and upwards from there - normally only charging between 8am and 6pm. There is a large Sainsbury's as well just a few minutes walk away, so you can probably sneak some free parking there.

Myself, my partner and our friend all loved our Nando’s!! I went for the usual, chicken butterfly, chips and mash (never disappoints) and I’m super excited I get a free wrap or burger with my Nando’s card on my next visit! The service was very polite and friendly which we always experience in this Nando’s restaurant.

Stacks of food in the service area waiting to be taken to tables.
Staff unfriendly.
Lots of tables left dirty.
Only 1 staff memeber seemed to be actually working.
Majority of wait staff standing around, arms folded, leaning on the counter.

Lots of staff on shift. Only a few tables occupied. Expected better Nando’s.

This was my first visit at nandos for myself, my son and husband and had heard some very good things about the restaurant so we were very excited to visit. The food was delicious and I loved the refillable drinks!!!! The majority of the staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly when we first walked in. Although when I went up to order our food, I then began to feel uncomfortable and I didn't feel like a paying customer.

We love Nandos, myself for the pirri piri extra hot sauce. I myself have the sharing meal platter ( for myself) with large chips and piri piri and large corn on the cob wich was cooked to purrrfection, The staff are always friendly and welcoming, The recently new restraunt @ a year old now, Is used by most my family and friends and were always looking at booking tables of 12-16 for family birthdays and friends nights out.

I recently came to Taunton nandos for my brothers 13th birthday. He was very excited as it was his first trip here. To start with all the staff were really friendly, pollite and all round you could see they were enjoying working for the company.

Working in Taunton let me visit one of the newest branches in sunny Somerrrrrset. It's right in the town centre, so parking is plentiful in one of the many side street car parks (such as High Street, Duke Street etc). This new store in the heart of Taunton suffers from a lack of nearby parking, I spent a good 10 minutes driving round trying to find a parking space and not aware of where any is closer. The store looks good from the outside and when you enter you find it is a double height ceiling, basket lampshades and yellow tile on the wall above the counter. Lots of impressive paintings on the walls and object d'art and art work around.

This was our first visit, food arrived looked nice, but was not very hot. Very little hallumi in wrap, rice was a bit dried as over microwaved, chicken burger very small.

Girl who found us a table had the most amazing arse ive seen in a long time, watched it all up the stairs.
