Parking: 
Surface parking is ree for 3 hours during the day when you print and display a ticket from the machine. Free parking after 5pm. There is also a multi-storey next door which is free but 2 hours stay (max) and 'possibly' closes at 6pm. (Signs on each floor state "this floor closes at 6pm" but it cannot be confirmed if these are still valid with the new Leisure Park opening, so do check.)

Disappointing food. Chicken was cold, the bun was tough like it had been microwaved. I vote with my feet, I will never enter another Nandos, ever.

Charis was exceptionally professional and friendly during our dinner service. She made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care off, and went above and beyond. Despite how busy it was, she checked in with us regularly and ensured our food/drinks arrived promptly. A massive thank you to Charis!

I come here nearly every week with my wife and child because the food is always great, but the service is exceptional. We always feel so welcome and important when we visit.
The manager Tracy is really friendly and runs an awesome team.
We never have to wait too long, even when it is busy.
She is welcoming and proffessional.

Team member Alex is really good and really friendly.
best Nandos I have ever visited.

Had a family of 4 with various requirements. 2 veggoe and 2 chicken eaters. Ordered 2 veggie pittas and 1 chickwn pitta and 1/2 chicken hot. We spent a weekend in trowbridge whilst visiting bath. Being fron London we thought it would not be up to spec. However was amazed and the level of service was excellent. The food was of a better quality than the 3 near my house in wembley. Well done to the trowbridge team. Great service and food.

I ordered online and I asked for it to be ready at 11:30 but finally got my food at 12. Bad service. If I wanted my food at 12 I would have ordered it at 12

Butterfly chicken with peas and mash :)
I look at the menu you every time but always and up getting this! Best thing since White bread! Probably better than bread
Only lemon and herb tho I'm a pussy when it comes to spicy food! Once I ate half a pack of the Red monster munch and had to Stop my mouth was on Fire!

2 very helpful members of staff. One very rude one, had a face like it had been slapped by a wet fish - Ignored me twice, huffed the 2nd time as I she walked past.

The location is great, lovely decor, as you'd expect with a new restaurant.

Yes! Finally, after having many business trips to various places in Wiltshire - there is finally a Nando's in the county. Just the next one to open in Swindon and who knows maybe one in Salisbury and Warminster and I will enjoy the trips even more :-)

This is a new store on a new leisure development (in fact apart from the Odean cinema and Travel lodge I think this is the only store/restaurant open so far. Nandos are ahead of the game) which despite still not being complete the car park was pretty much full. You get up to 3 hours free parking upon pressing for a ticket and displaying it in your window between 9 and 5pm and parking is free after that.

Food: for what I paid, I thought the portions were very small. We had chips, they barely covered the plate and they were just warm. There was no salad served with the meal. I ordered a starter which was good. I had chicken quarter with chips. The quarter turned out to be a thin chicken leg which looked like a drumstick and very little meat, which at £9.45 did not offer value for money and I left the restaurant still hungry.
