Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

Admittedly, we visited a while back so I can't remember the exact date, but I've only just found this site so it's about time someone properly reviewed it.

Most people I know prefer Nando's Cheshire Oaks as this place just does not cut it.

We were sat down on a table of four (two tables of two put together) when it wasn't busy, and the large table at the rear was empty. We waited a fair while for just a basic platter, and others were served before us, when asking for a small packet of butter for our corn on the cob, we were forgotten about - not just once - but twice.

The toilets were filthy, water/urine all on the floor as well as toilet roll strewn everywhere.

But the worst part? We got moved tables midway through eating.

We were sat next to another empty table of four (two two-seater tables together again), but six people turned up and needed the table next to us. So instead of just splitting up our two two-seater tables, or putting the group on the larger table, they moved me and my girlfriend across the gangway to a booth-like seat, split our table up, sat the six person party down, then put another couple on the remaining table.

The rudest ever experience in a Nando's. The Trafford Centre caters for 60+ tables almost constantly, but this lot haven't got a clue quite frankly.

Hahaha " an old Nando's that needs some investment" - sure the place only opened in January. One of the best Nando's I've ever visited service and food wise tbf.
