Bristol - Cribbs Venue - Anonymous Review

Opening day. Arrived and was very welcomed, door was opened for us, everyone we passed spoke. Lovely place, expected to be very clean as brand new. The normal nandos speil when came to the menu. Offered a bottle of wine as a gift, but not everyone was given this. Ordered main, came out very quickly and was hot. Then went down hill. A lot of staff doing not much except sitting at the back eatting and drinking along with talking to their friends. Got interupted about 6 times by different people asking if our meal was ok. Table cleared quickly. Then came to desserts, ordered and 25minutes later, it still hadn't arrived, had to ask, to which the girl responded am doing it now. When it finally arrived 5minutes later the order was wrong. Must of been 15 staff working and the one remaining table left and they couldn't even get that right. In a rush cleaning to get ready to leave, maybe they would of on time if got the dessert right.
