Legal & General Property, owners of the Arndale Centre, have today confirmed that Nando's are the first restuarant group committed to the new £85 million extension of the centre. Residents do have a bit of a wait though, with work due to be completed in 2018. The 170,000 sq ft extension will contain an additional 22 retail units, including a Next, H & M and Cineworld signed up so far.
