The food was absolutely fantastic as always - however, the one thing which impressed myself and my friend was the amazing welcome and customer service provided to us by a staff member called Nigist. She was a lovely young lady who went out of her way to make our experience so lovely that it is making us visit at least once a week without fail. She was always smiling, very polite and respectful and throughout the evening she was being extremely courteous to everyone who entered or left the restaurant. We definitely need more people like her to make everyone's experience at Nandos an enjoyable one!
