This was the first time my husband and I had visited this particular store. The staff were very cheerful and welcoming when we arrived, which made our experience pleasant from the beginning. We snacked on chips only, as it was mid afternoon. The staff however made sure that they would be served with the salt of our choice and directed us to the various sauces that were also available. The chips were piping hot and mouth watering as always. Given the time of day the restaurant was quiet which added to the experience for us, as we were both very tired from a day's travel.
The lovely young girl behind the counter engaged with the small child sitting on the table beside us, thoughtfully offering her some pencils and paper to draw with while her parents were eating.The staff also engaged with us verbally and with smiles, as we waited what seemed a short time for our meal to arrive.
Nandos has always been our chicken store of choice, but today was an extra special experience.
