The chicken was not properly cooked. It had blood visible. Manager claimed it was cooked at the correct temperature and therefore, despite the fact he could see blood, it was ok. As we were leaving spoke to the person who took over from the manager and she also claimed despite the chicken having blood in it, it was perfectly fine.

For my first and last visit to this store I was mortified that my wine glass came to me dirty, complete with last users lips marks on rim and smudge marks all over it, then I went to get cutlery and the 1st knife I picked up, dried food fell off it I went through 6 knives and 4 forks and still had to clean the ones we needed.

This was the first time my husband and I had visited this particular store. The staff were very cheerful and welcoming when we arrived, which made our experience pleasant from the beginning. We snacked on chips only, as it was mid afternoon. The staff however made sure that they would be served with the salt of our choice and directed us to the various sauces that were also available. The chips were piping hot and mouth watering as always.

I work across the road at Liquorland, and have been quite impressed with the team in Elizabeth St. Always super quick, polite and friendly. And love the way they recognise me when I come in. Always a plus in my books.

Last Australian Nando's of the trip, and this was another standard affair at Nando's down under. It seems a common trait that the Nando's here are so understaffed that tables are left dirty for a long time, and today was no exception.
