I ordered a takeaway for collection. Family platter and a butterfly burger + 2 sides. The order was for collection at 20:10. My son arrived at 20:10 to collect the order and he was told to take a seat while they bagged the order. They then forgot about him. I went into the Nandos at 20:40 to ask for the food. They said it was ready but hadn't given it to my son. When I asked the manager about this he said no one knew he was waiting even though the guy who told him to wait was there. The manager did not apologise. He offered to remake the food but it was now very late.
I was appalled by their customer service and won't use that Nandos again.
