Yet another disappointing visit to this store. Went there about 12 months ago and it was terrible that time also. Went back again this time thinking it may have got enough bad reviews that it had improved but sadly no.
Only 4 tables occupied at 2pm on a Sunday lunch so not busy at all
counted 7 tables that had not been cleaned off after the last people had left
waited for our food for around 25 minutes
My husbands food came out with the incorrect basting on it.
Had to take my chicken back and asked to be cooked again as it was cold - tepid in temperature
Floor was filthy
2 female staff were standing behind the counter chatting and laughing rather than cleaning the 7 dirty tables
This is one of the worst Nandos I have been to and the franchisees really need to do something about it. I for one will not be returning.
