I have been to this Nandos many times before as it is close to work. But last night I went with my family and although everything was great as per usual the conversations amongst the staff who were on were entirely inappropriate for how loud they were speaking. My family and I sat at the top level and could overhear much of what they were talking about including how ‘drunk’ they got on the weekend and some other illegal things they were doing to say the least.

Yet another disappointing visit to this store. Went there about 12 months ago and it was terrible that time also. Went back again this time thinking it may have got enough bad reviews that it had improved but sadly no.
Only 4 tables occupied at 2pm on a Sunday lunch so not busy at all
counted 7 tables that had not been cleaned off after the last people had left
waited for our food for around 25 minutes
My husbands food came out with the incorrect basting on it.

My food was incredibly amazing, I had just been at a 5 hour rehersal and so my friend and I went to have nandos as a break, the food was delicious, my chicken tenderloins were juicy and big, the serving of 4 was just the right amount to be full along with the regular perri chips, which were amazing!!!!!
