Ashford - Gerry Louis Review
New year, new Nandos and Ashford became my 151st branch visit. I'll be honest, I've left it a little late and can't remember much so this will be a short review.
It's quite a decent size branch with an interesting layout. As you enter, there is a small raised decking area to the right with very little lighting as it's probably quite bright in the summer as its all glass front. To the left there is a decent sized waiting area and a lot of scattered seats for various size groups. I picked a table quite close to the till and grill area and close to the front door for a quick exit.
I ordered the sweet mash and a 1/4 chicken with a toffee gelato to entertain me whilst I waited for the main course. I think the food arrived with average time, the mash was nice if not a little warm and the chicken wing was slightly charred. The breast was a little dry and the mash lacked in flavour but it was a huge portion.
The staff were friendly and helpful but if I remember correctly the toilets could do with some work.
