we ordered on the app, and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food, when it arrived, the chips were hot, and the chicken in the burger was ice cold. The place was very busy and noisy, and no-one was available to complain, they dropped the food at the table and left at high speed.

I went to this Nando's after a really bad day around 9pm and my day got worse, when the chicken came it was undercooked and. I could not even cut it! That was the worst meal I have ever had at Nando's and I felt I had been cheated for money. I really wish I could get a refund I was so disappointed!
I could see how tires staff were so I did not want to bother anyone and make life hard, however I was furious and still am.

Lovely service from Young , brown haired girl. From what I can remember , I believe her name was Laura or lauren. Very talkative and friendly , made our visit very pleasant.

Another visit to what is now my local Namdo's, another visit that was very tasty! Food was really good - ordered a Churrasco Thigh Burger mango and lime with Peri-chips and Coleslaw. There was lots of spice on the burger, which was oozing. Large portion sizes with a generous sprinkling of peri-salt. Staff were excellent as always, restaurant very clean, and well stocked with condaments - an enjoyable visit!

Entered the outlet and was greeted almost immediately by an incredibly friendly Nandoca, who asked where we wanted to sit, as we near enough had free-reign of the entire outlet. Seat picked right in the middle of the outlet, I went up to the till to order. The Nandoca on the till was great fun, laughing and joking with the group I was in, and really did make me smile whilst my order was being taken. Excitement over, I returned to my table via the cutlery and sauce area.

Entered the outlet, and was greeted by the Nandoca, who asked where in the outlet I wanted to sit. As the outlet is split in to three areas, I chose to sit in the slightly raised section, to get a better view over the outlet. Unfortunately this meant I was put on a table quite close to the steps up to this part!

Located on Eurkea Leisure Park, with a Cineworld, Bannatyne's and the usual bunch of eateries you'd expect to find.

Arrived 5:30pm on Wednesday for a very late lunch! Only a few tables occupied but still a 22 minute wait for food.

Ashford Nandos is consistently a mixed bag in terms of reviews. The staff are always outstanding. These guys love what they do and are glad for the custom. But the biggest problem I have with them is the turnaround of service. This is particularly problematic if you're having a quick bite before going to the movies.

This store is set amid a out of town leisure complex with a cinema, gym and even a nursery, Parking is free but can be hard to find at busy times, getting to it is easy as its just off the M20.
There was a bit of a queue on entry, none the less I was seated quite fast but i had the queue to the counter (and all those takeaway customers) right behind me. The store was impressively clean and well decorated as were also the toilets at the back of the store.

I was visiting my husbands parents in Folkestone and we wanted somewhere nice to eat, my husband then spat out the fact that the new nandos was open and I am a regular visitor to the Lakeside Nandos in Essex. We arrived and Lewis the host in the red shirt seated us and wished us a pleasant meal. After scrolling through the menu me and my husband popped up to the till where Jade took our order and also helped us carry the tray of hot drinks over to our table.

Never was a Nandos fix more needed than my most recent trip to Ashford. Chicken cheque in hand (spoils from my last not-so-great experience), we hit the restaurant just after 2pm, as the lunchtime crowd was leaving.

Again we were asked where to sit, and this time I opted for right in the hotseat, where I could see the action in the kitchen.

Walked in to a very crowded Nandos feeling so hungry that I might just have to go elsewhere. Greeted by our host and he told us it would only be a 10 minute wait. So I thought I'd let the dust settle after Ashford's opening week then give them another try once they were in their "groove". I wasn't disappointed! The staff treated us like long-lost friends and we were whisked to our table in seconds.

I've been distracted all day... Not working, picking at breakfast and lunch... All I have been thinking about is the brand-spanking new Ashford Nandos!

It's located in the retail park with the cinema so is a popular spot, considerable development has gone into the area, and we had the pleasure of talking to some of the staff last weekend (prior to opening). It was a great start, they were as excited as we were about today's opening!
