Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

This store is set amid a out of town leisure complex with a cinema, gym and even a nursery, Parking is free but can be hard to find at busy times, getting to it is easy as its just off the M20.
There was a bit of a queue on entry, none the less I was seated quite fast but i had the queue to the counter (and all those takeaway customers) right behind me. The store was impressively clean and well decorated as were also the toilets at the back of the store.
Food delivery was painfully slow, the chicken was overcooked and blackened but the chips were generous and hot.
A staff member came and asked if my meal was ok, at which point I said no and tapped out a tune on the crispy burnt chicken to make my point. He didn't seem to know what to do as i think he only asked the question and never expected answers and after a awkward silence asked what I wanted him to do about it. I replied he had asked me what I thought of my meal what did he normally do with that information. He asked should he tell his manager so i said yes please let me know what he says.
He never returned and I was left to try and scrape some meat off the charcoal. I waited some time but no one came, no one cleared my plates, no one offered me a dessert, after a while i realised i was on the avoided table. As I was leaving another staff member asked if I had enjoyed my meal, I told her no and why and she just said oh. I then told her the other guy went to tell the manager and asked what they did with the info and she said nothing.
What's the point in asking if you don't plan to rectify things?
