Where do I even begin?

For starters, our first meal took 20 minutes and came with the wrong chips. Our second meal (ordered at the same time) arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, not assembled or cut properly for a wrap and overloaded with onion jam. We had to ask the staff (zero customer service might I add) for the order and it still came 10 minutes later and…cold :(

Love nandos, however i felt as though the wrap i had was a bit of a let down. Barely any peri peri on my chicken and the wrap itself seemed a little stale. However the service was quicker than some nandos i have experienced. I also would love if nandos came up with a discount night would be amazing!

The restaurant is very clean, the prices were just increased and on average a meal will cost a 1.30 more than previously, a classic quarter chicken meal is now 12.80. There are less burgers on the menus then used to be but the time of service has increased significantly. I have been to the U.K London Nandos just off Paddington and the food is so much better here. The althugh lately the chips tend to be over salty. It is dramiticaly better then the one of U.K
