Where do I even begin?

For starters, our first meal took 20 minutes and came with the wrong chips. Our second meal (ordered at the same time) arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, not assembled or cut properly for a wrap and overloaded with onion jam. We had to ask the staff (zero customer service might I add) for the order and it still came 10 minutes later and…cold :(

Will not be coming back. Very disappointed. Do better Nandos. I wish I could rate this experience in the negatives but unfortunately that isn’t possible.
