Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

This is an easily accessible branch, as it has excellent transport links, both the Tube and train stations are very close by, but I really wouldn’t bother. Our dining experience was mostly appalling.
Upon arrival the host informed us our wait to be seated would be approx. 20 minutes. This is entirely understandable, it was a Friday night after all. The quoted waiting time was accurate.
The whole order process was painful, I had to repeat my order several times. The cashier had no £5 notes, so I had to return to my table and grab a member of the waiting staff for my change later . And the cashier also didn’t give me my receipt, so this made it quite difficult to tell how long my food actually took to arrive. Plus, according to a very aggressive fellow ‘queuer, ’ I’d jumped in front of him. I was totally oblivious to this accusation. I’d only stepped forward to order when the cashier asked me to. I apologised profusely but he was clearly not happy with me. His nasty attitude made my whole visit extremely uncomfortable. I really don’t recall much else , o yes & the person clearing the table stood on my foot.
I will never go back.
