Nando's Banbury. Very poor customer service. I Ordered a chicken breast meal. Received a chicken leg so I sent it back.
I was then presented with a very white/pale/anemic breast of chicken covered in a pale looking sauce. It was lukewarm and had not been grilled.
I asked why the difference in colour to my husband grilled chicken and was told "its because it has just been cooked, can I cook you another one?"
As I had been put off my meal, I refused and she insisted that I accept a voucher.
When we asked for a refund we were told "No, you are getting a voucher aren't you".
Very disingenuous, NANDO'S, tHE VOUCHER IS LESS THAT THE COST OF MY MEAL AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL IT A GOODWILL GESTURE?????
Never had a problem in any other branch.
Avoid this particular branch, a very P Poor Performance.
We will soon start to see branches closing, starting with this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
