On entry the young staff appears helpful, I stated allergy for raw onions, they did check the dish for this which was thorough but time consuming for a simple single produce. How ever my friends dinner came up long before mine then I notice mine among others under the lamps but all staff standing with their backs to the food counter chatting, I eventually got up and went over and asked why my dinner was under tge lamps while staff stood around chatting.. I was informed the manger had to serve it due to the food allergy, however when it was served it wasn't by the nasser and my friend had pretty much finished hers. I expected an apology but just got attitude and the girl walked off while I was still talking to her ... nice food but terrible service, such a shame new restaurant I won't be returning to, clearly more customer service training required... such a shame.
