The corn on the cob arrived at my door without the sachet of butter mentioned in the description of your menu. This has happened time time and time again. Sort this branch out it is useless, they NEVER answer the phone and really don't care about you or your customers. On that note, neither do I.

Easiest and quickest branch to get to of the day. And the first of the day just after 1.30pm. I'll just mention it's a £12.90 off peak return from a London Terminal (Fenchurch St, West Ham, Barking, Upminster) which makes it a cheap outside London Nandos visit.

I love chicken wings peri peri wih rice salad and unlimited drinks... I used to come back everytwo weeks..near from my place

Having already visited Festival Leisure Nando's, it was time to check out Basildon's alternative Nando's experience! Parking was easy in the Eastgate car park, and we quickly found the Nando's in the food court area. The mall itself was a bit depressing (especially the upper floors), but that isn't Nando's fault!

This store in Basildon town centre has a number of car parks around it. Because I was in the minibus I had to spend some time travelling around the town centre before finding a surface level car park which was cheap at only 90p for 2 hours.

This was my first ever visit to a Nando's - I live in the Netherlands and sadly we don't have any! Very helpful, friendly and professional staff, the food was yummy and appeared very quickly - a welcome treat while shopping!

This Nando's is located in the Eastgate shopping complex, which is pretty large with some big units such as Debenhams and Primark. Parking is plentiful and well sign-posted, be it the multi-storey or one of the surface car parks. Anywhere you park will give you less than a 5 minute walk to Nando's.

This Nando's is a part of the 'food court' in Basildon's Eastgate Shopping Centre and so it doesn't really have the character of a 'normal' Nando's restaurant.
