Flight delayed so thought I'd take my chances stopping at a new Nandos on the way to Southend airport. Luckily it was still early so the Friday restaurant rush hour hadn't started yet, and we were seated straight away and served in what may have been record time!
No sooner was I back with the cutlery, than the food was presented in piping hot glory. We wolfed it down, and were back in the car on our way to the airport with time to spare!
Food itself was very nice, with the throughly coated peri chips being a highlight. Pitta could have been slightly better composed, and the breast piece a bit larger for a full 5/5.
Would definitely return next time I fly from Southend!
