Basingstoke - Festival Place

Super slow food .

It was clear that the delivery service for takeaways was badly impacting the restaurant food service. Would put me off going back.

Unfortunately I couldn't give a better review this time. Actually had/have food poisoning from my meal, didn't taste the same & have been bed bound for 2 days now.

This was the most disappointing experience i have ever had with nandos

I am registered blind and in a wheelchair. I was greeted at the door by a member of staff and taken straight to a table. I placed my order with a member of staff and paid at the table so that I didn’t have to find my way to till. He then bought me my drink and cutlery and personally supervised the cooking of my food which arrived within 10 minutes of ordering.
A great experience and not a one off either as eat in or take away.

I have nothing bad to say about this branch, they're one of the best and the staff members believe it too. His was a last minute visit and it proved worthwhile. I would gladly go there again and at least look around Basingstoke.

I love nandos. I love hot food. But it's even better when you get great service. Very happy with my experience here and I will continue to come every week :)

Excellent after Hockey Nando's with the team. Packed restaurant, so had to sit outside with the heaters on. Staff were excellent and set this up for us within ten minutes of us arriving. Basingstoke Nando's also has 20% student discount.
Meal consisted of Chicken Breast (Lemon and Herb) Green Chilli reward as a side, with a Chicken Pitta (Medium), Chips with Peri Peri Salt and Garlic Bread. Good quality food and generous portion.

Oh Nando's. You wonderful world of spice and chicken. Having had a hard day's laboring I per chanced a chance to treat myself in the local shopping centre. Have you ever had those moments where you wonder around the shop like a new age zombie, and nothing takes your fancy? Well it got me feeling down. Not only did I want to treat myself but I could find nothing to wet my appetite.

Always a great experience at Basingstokes Nandos, friends say the same. The people are brilliant and the service is efficient. Foods alllllways divine!

It's in Festival Place.  Well sign posted and a multi storey car park.  Go for zone C as this is the nearest pedestrian exit to the restaurants.  Parking is only £1 between 6pm and 6am.  There's a Vue cinema as well as dozens of shops and eateries.

On a cold bleak December day I dragged 2 of my fellow Nando’s fans away from their regular haunt in Portsmouth in search of stores a new. After about an hours drive we arrived at Basingstoke which to the uninformed is the southern version of Milton Keynes or Bracknell being a new town but lacking the charisma of its more famous counter parts.
