Well what can i say, this was the best service i have ever had in any nandos restaurants. I booked with the manager Kevin for a party of 34 people for a work get to gether and when we arrived on Saturday he couldn't have been more attentive! He made sure all 34 of us were sat down at the time I booked and as I needed to make 1 payment instead of asking all of us to go to the desk and order, he came to each of us individually and took our order! I was shocked at his service and it was much appreciated and made our whole experience enjoyable and smoother and we were all eating writhin 30 mins. As a manager myself I know customer service is challenging but he went out of his way for us. I didn't get a chance to thank him on Saturday 13th and would really appreciate it if my appreciation was passed onto him. I will definitely be coming back and be recommending the Beckton branch.
