We had a fantastic family dinner at Nando's Beckton today! The food was delicious, as always, and the service was exceptional.

We especially want to commend Mohammed Alexander for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. His positive attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We'll definitely be returning to Nando's Beckton in the future. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Had a great date with my lovely wife. MD was particularly helpful with my table. He made us feel safe and welcome. Will be coming back here again soon

Firstly I’d like to thank Barbara and Edna from Nando’s beckton store, these two individuals are very kind and thoughtful people who offered me and my family amazing customer service and care.
On this day I ordered a boneless platter and a full platter along with bottomless drinks, mixed olives and soft twirl tubs to end the day. Was very happy with everything during this visit !

at nandos beckton we waited a long time for us to be seated and for our food to come to our table however the security member/ front of house team member by the name of ‘Salvador’ was extremely helpful in making our experience better, firstly he noticed we hadn’t been seated after waiting for 30 mins and then got us a table when he realised, he asked if our food had arrived, which it hadn’t at the time after 25 mins of waiting and immediately responded by checking with the kitchen staff when

Staff were excellent and very polite. Food was very nice and the whole customer experience was excellent. Recommended this branch to everyone.

Its not my first time at Nando's and it will not be definitely the last. I felt like a celebrity, everyone was so welcoming and friendly that i absolutely felt at home.

The waitress was amazing, her name was Catorina, myself and my friend both couldn’t believed how accommodating she was for us but also my little boy. One of the best customer experiences we have had in a restaurant for years, she was quick, answered all questions built a rapport with us. For her service alone we have recommended the restaurant and would return any time.

absolutely outstanding,, the food we ordered came fast and it was all fresh. the staff were friendly and efficient. the cleanliness and hygiene was outstanding and the parking was not a problem.

Parking was available like always and Rena at beckon was so helpful and chatty with my son

Naiyaaz was giving his 100% service very respectful and a great addition to the nandos! The Manager Cousin was also a great person very funny and welcoming both a great addition to the nandos team

It was awful, The staff didn't care about the service my chicken was cold. I was not happy about this at all. The manager was very busy aswel.. They did not attend to me. They cared about getting orders out soon as possible. They need to treat customers fairly.Staff need to pay more attention instead of talking to each other on shop floor.

A young mixed race girl on tills by the name of Jasmine was rather impressive! She took our order at godspeed (I was watching - also note she did this with literally every other customer too). She made sure we understood how the Nando's card rewards work and she made sure to clearly read us back our order.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but today I just had too. Credit where credit is due to one particular member of staff Carlos. Every time I visit (once a week) he has the biggest smile on his face without fail, he works so hard and deserves some recognition. He does everything he can to make your visit a pleasant one. He even opens the door when you leave, he goes above and beyond every single time. He is an asset to your team, give the guy a promotion!

Brilliant service, I and my wife had chicken burgers, which we wanted placed on the grill for a little while ( as we like it slightly burnt ). The guy on the till his name was ASIM, was really good in helping us get this,by talking with the chefs, also he gave us a good service, very funny, and smiley! Wife and myself were impressed. As a West London boy/man, it's not often i venture in the dark realms of East London. Yet i found myself being invited to join my brother-in-laws for a quick catch up and a trip to Beckton Nando's for an early Sunday dinner.

This Nando's is located on Gallions Reach Shopping Park meaning there are thousands of free parking spaces. Gallions Reach is anchored by a big Tesco Extra and mainly clothes shops (such as H&M, Arcadia stores, Sports Direct) and then some regular eateries (McD's, Pizza Hut etc). Gallions Reach DLR stop is 1 mile walk away... and you can go and walk along the Thames if you really wanted to!

Firstly, the decoration at this restaurant is very average. I could only see one piece of art on the walls which is very unusual, and no interesting furnishings to speak of. It was clean though, but it would probably benefit from a revamp over all.

Busy Saturday at Gallion's Reach was a very disappointing trip. Manager who was allocating table was rude and slow and very unorganised.
The waiting area is in the middle of the restaurant slowing down the service.
Also a very small branch for such a high demand.
The staff didn't have a clue. Food was below average.
