Beckton - Anonymous Review

at nandos beckton we waited a long time for us to be seated and for our food to come to our table however the security member/ front of house team member by the name of ‘Salvador’ was extremely helpful in making our experience better, firstly he noticed we hadn’t been seated after waiting for 30 mins and then got us a table when he realised, he asked if our food had arrived, which it hadn’t at the time after 25 mins of waiting and immediately responded by checking with the kitchen staff when the order will come for our table (1) or if it can be sped up. he was a credit to the team and we hope to see him there in the near future. if we had cash we would have loved to give him a tip for the quality of his customer service and duty of care to customers.
