With this being a new Nando's (opened only a couple weeks) near to Brum, I just had to go and sample - and was glad I did!
It's within the Bentley Bridge complex, which I had never been to before, so other shops and activities are in abundance. There's an AMF bowling alley, a large Aldi, a large SporsDirect - so it's well worth the visit.
When I walked in, the first things I noticed were many round booths in the middle of the restaurant - which easily seated the four of us (you could comfortably get six in them), along with two wall-to-ceiling wooden column structures that were very attractive. Above the columns was a raised circular roof area that had lots of different pictures and ornaments, so was good to look at.
The staff (although all with heavy yam-yam accents!) were very polite from arrival to departure and you could see that every table in the place was being looked after well.
We got there at about 7:30 and there was no wait for a table or to order the food - and, the food came within a few minutes of ordering, so very quickly!
I had half a chicken and two sides - and could notice that it had a lot of marinade on, so it was particularly delicious. I also indulged in a Mango Passion Cheesecake for dessert and was pleased I did. It was very creamy and very rich - and I certainly felt full afterwards!
I would certainly recommend this one!
