Wonderful experience today. Staff were friendly. Speedy service. Didn't have to wait for food that long. Met the manager Nicky who was lovely! 10/10

Was very welcomed by a young boy called Jamie and seated, then was served by a boy called harvey at the till and and table service, amazing service throughout are time at Nando’s. I am very pleased with the quality of food so thank you to everyone who tributed into cooking our food for us, will deffo be coming back again!

I was excited to be in Nando’s after a long time especially with the new vegetarian options. Tried the new impersonator burger have to say it was. the worst burger ever! An utter waste of my Friday night, waited 25 mins to get a table and then another 40 mins after placing the order. Asked the staff after 30 mins of order to which the response was “not much longer now” when two other tables that came after us with larger groups got their food & finished it too.

the lady at the door was amazing so polite! I believe her name was Tayla.
I came about 6pm ordered a wrap with halloumi and it was really nice and tasty. the best!

Ordered the new mozam wrap with chicken breast. The wrap was shocking. It had one tiny breast in it with one piece of lettuce and that’s it. There was nothing but wrap! Absolutely no filling. We were clearly annoyed and my partner mentioned to the waiter (Bryn) who delivered the food. After five minutes or so Bryn came back and asked if everything was alright as he knows we were disappointed. He offered to swap the meal for me which I declined.

We went on an extremely cold day to find the pipes had froze in the refillable drinks machine so no diet coke or diet sprite which was not good as these are the only 2 I really drink so paid for refillables and ended up drinking half a glass.
The food was good we had quarter chicken and chicken thighs the chicken was just right, the coleslaw however was disappointing it just looked cheap like the basic stuff you get in the supermarket and wasn't nice wouldn't have that again.

Attend here every week normally Saturday around 9.30 with my partner and mom an dad. It's a lovely friendly place with great management. Sometimes we do have a bad one but send it back and comes back perfect.. But that's only when it's really really busy.. Normally excellent 95% of the time.

It was just 'OK' for the price of what I got, I was shocked. It's extortionate for a tiny piece of chicken and some rice...absolute madness. I know all if my friends rave about Nandos maybe I must have caught them on a bad day but needless to say, I haven't been back.

Staff were lovely and very helpful in everyway. Food was absolutely delicious especially the chicken. Restaurant and toilets were lovely and clean. Parking is easy with spaces. There are shops there too which makes this Nandos very appealing. X :-D

With this being a new Nando's (opened only a couple weeks) near to Brum, I just had to go and sample - and was glad I did!

It's within the Bentley Bridge complex, which I had never been to before, so other shops and activities are in abundance. There's an AMF bowling alley, a large Aldi, a large SporsDirect - so it's well worth the visit.

A relatively new Nando's so the place was pretty well furnished. The catalogue of wines on display was a nice touch. Chicken could have been better, a little undercooked for my taste personally. Staff were helpful ... and quite fit.

Recently opened and the decor shows - superb and some really nice round booth seating areas and displays. I'd give it a full 5/5 for decor if I hadn't been to the London Bridge branch!

Unfortunately the decor is where the above average Nando's experience ends at this branch, with the rest of the meal being average or below par.
