This Nando's is on the One Stop shopping centre complex, which is home to dozens of shops. There is free parking for up to four hours in the 1,000+ spaces - and the centre is right next door to Perry Barr train station.

Arrived here around 8pm and so it had started to quieten down so was less than half full. The most striking think of this Nando's is the big brown/yellow lattice/spider's web that stretches across the whole ceiling. On the left wall by the entrance there are large canvas paintings with the opposite wall having dozens of much smaller paintings. There's a good mix of seating with plenty of larger booths/tables. Toilets at the very back right and were clean with the walls being clad in grey tiles.

I went for half chicken with chips and rice. It took just under 20 minutes to come - and staring at the serving hatch, I could see the chicken was sat on a plate under the heatlamps for a while. The leg piece was very skinny, but the breast piece had lots of chicken on - although it was rather dry. The chip portion was an average size, especially compared to my Addlestone portion the day before, but they were piping hot! The rice was also an average size, piping hot and a little dry.

Staff were pleasant and doing as expected.
