We were seated and served by a very happy and bubbly woman called Emma. Emma gave our toddler lots of attention, made us laugh, and in all made our trip to Nando’s an enjoyable one ! We need more Emma’s in hospitality! X

obviously during covid was unable to eat in and got a tAkeaway, understandable the food isn’t going to be as good as it would be freshly put infront of you. It was the worst Nando’s I’ve ever had.
We had things missing from out order X2 sides spicy rice and mash potato
All halloumi was burnt

Online ordering due to Covid-19 (Order# ce59a62a):
- Enjoyed the ordering experience on the website.
- Staff were professional, friendly and very confident in their service
- Place felt clean and very inviting to dine in as well :-)
- Meal was great if anything I missed the dine in experience where items like fries retain there crisp. Awesome chicken and the sauces are heavenly.

I hope people will read this and take it into consideration before giving this Nandos their money or god forbid, let their daughter work there. As the mum of a teenage girl who has been affected by the management’s actions in this restaurant, I believe everyone should know what goes on here. First off, the manager didn’t do ANY reference checks before hiring people. This included a man in his 30’s who sexually harassed several underage girls.

Visited this Nando's on my way back home. It's, sort of, in the Jackson Square development in the town centre - but the whole of the town centre seems to be part of Jackson Square. There is parking at Jackson Square and it's priced Mon-Sat 7:30am-midnight at 80p/1hr, £1.60/2hrs, £2.20/3hrs, £2.90/4hrs and £3.60/5hr for a maximun 5 hour stay and it's free outside these times.
