I was told a 15 minute wait, after 30 minutes a member of staff comes over to me and tells me theres no spicey rice left. After watching other customers get served after me and ordered spicey rice and got them before me i was very disappointed. I changed my side option. It took a further 15 minutes for the food to come. The chicken was dry and the hot sauce was none existent. The not so creamy mash was hard and tastless. Also, the staff member who brought our food over forgot the Halloumi, when i confronted him he said "Sh*t!" that was all. The staff were very rude to me and my partner. We also witnessed a staff member empty the half full bottles of sauce into other sauce holders to make them full. This disgusted me! I will not be going back to Boldon, Tyne and Wear, Nandos again after that performance. Which is a real disappointment as i normally enjoy a good old nandos!
